Can I try RentBase for free?
Yes! We're currently in closed beta — all features are free for early access users. When we launch, the Free plan will let you manage 1 property with 1 user, no credit card required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can downgrade to the Free plan or cancel your subscription at any time.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored on Canadian servers and encrypted at rest. We never share your data with third parties. RentBase is built with security as a priority.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through our Canadian payment processor.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade to Free, you keep read-only access to all your data. You just can't add new properties beyond the free limit.
